About Us
The overall purpose of the organization is to provide support services for minority students. Support is to be defined by those students associated with the Rollins School of Public Health. The primary aim of the organization is to be the vehicle wherein ideas, needs, and interests regarding the enhancement of the following are achieved: academic support, community involvement, social interaction, awareness to minority health, professional development Section 2. This organization will facilitate the increase in minority representation at the faculty and student level in the Rollins School of Public Health and the total Emory University complex. Section 3. The organization shall serve to influence the development and modification of the academic curriculum of the Rollins School of Public Health and the-total Emory University complex to assure quality, relevancy, and truth, without bias toward race, sex or ethnicity.
