RSO COMPLIANCE UPDATE:

Following last month’s notification error, all compliance notices have now been resent. Organizations that remain out of compliance after October 31, 2025, will move to Frozen Status. Please ensure all required officers have completed the RSO training course and that all officers are correctly listed on the Hub to maintain active status.

Fall Payment & Reimbursement Deadline

All payment requests, vendor payments, and reimbursement forms for fall semester expenses must be submitted by December 10. These forms should be submitted to Student Governance Services (SGS) using the appropriate forms on The Hub.

Belonging and Community Justice

For Fall 2025, Belonging and Community Justice is piloting adjusted hours of operation. Monday through Thursday, BCJ will stay open until 7 p.m. We will be tracking space usage to learn more about the needs of students.

WELLBEING HIGHLIGHT

As we approach Finals Season, make sure you’re prioritizing your mental well-being. Here are a few helpful tips:

• Take regular breaks to rest and recharge.
• Stay hydrated and nourish your body with balanced meals.
• Set realistic study goals and focus on progress, not perfection.
• Get enough sleep — your brain needs rest to perform at its best.
• Reach out for support from friends, professors, or campus resources if you’re feeling overwhelmed.

You’ve got this — take care of yourself and finish the semester strong!

HELPFUL CORNER

As we approach the end of the school year, here are some helpful tips and tricks for finding and planning events:

• Know your audience. Take time to understand the individuals your organization serves. Are they looking for a quiet space to study with peers, or would they prefer a fun event to relax and reset before finals?

• Stay informed. Keep up to date with all reminders and updates from SILT to ensure your event runs smoothly.

• Plan ahead. Remember to submit your event at least 30 days prior to the event date for approval.

• Use The Hub. The Hub is your go-to resource for finding upcoming events and connecting with other organizations. You never know who you’ll meet or what new opportunities you’ll discover!

As always, Student Involvement Ambassadors are here to help and provide consultations to support your planning process.
