Ben Pius Mock Trial is Emory University’s undergraduate trial advocacy team. Each year, we receive a case from the American Mock Trial Association and engage in jury trial simulations, filling witness and attorney roles. We travel around the country competing against other schools and are currently ranked 12th in the nation.
