The purpose of the Catholic Student Union is to serve and encourage the development of a Catholic community and culture through catechesis, Catholic tradition, and education about the faith, liturgy, fellowship, and social justice. It is also to publicize and encourage discussion of the beliefs of the Catholic Church.
As a member of the Catholic Student Union, you get access to free Sunday dinners during the school year and free meatless Friday dinners during lent. You also get to attend rosary prayers multiple days a week. You also get to learn more about the bible in bi-weekly bible study. You also get to network with fellow Georgia Tech catholics at bi-weekly trips to Renew Worship at Georgia Tech, as well as other Catholic freshman events at Georgia Tech throughout the year. You also get to enjoy overnight retreat trips with the Catholic Student Union once a semester.
