With statements such as ‘take it like a man’ and ‘men don’t cry,’ men have long been taught to hide their emotions and face struggles in silence. MHEN2 exists to challenge these harmful narratives by reducing the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and creating spaces for open, supportive conversation.
