We, the sisters of Delta Phi Lambda, pledge to wholly dedicate our mind, body, and spirit to the completion of our mission. We will seek to improve the image of the Asian American. We will achieve this by acknowledging and spreading our unique Asian heritage. The bond between the sisters will set an example for others in the Asian community. We will set this example by displaying the virtues of loyalty, honesty, respect, dedication, integrity, discipline, and academic excellence. We hold these virtues to be true and will execute them in every venture the sorority will undertake. Delta Phi Lambda will remain strong through unity, and our legacy will live on through the works of the sisters.

The purpose of Lambda Theta Alpha shall be to provide a sisterhood based on Unity, Love & Respect in an effort to foster the development of strong leaders who will then provide and practice political, social and cultural activities. It shall also be the purpose of Lambda Theta Alpha to promote unity through charitable and educational programs, maintain a high standard of learning and serve as a voice for all students.

To optimize Phi Beta Sigma’s effectiveness, the Fraternity will:

Strengthen and serve proactively the brotherhood, as a supportive resource that positively impacts the Fraternity’s growth and financial solvency.
Reaffirm and maintain a strong commitment to brotherhood, scholarship and service.
Ensure that the Fraternity programs are focused and committed to serving humanity.
Create an environment that respects the dignity and worth of each brother.
Exhibit integrity and ethical behavior in conducting the Fraternity’s business. serving as a model for all Greek-letter organizations.
Maintain and improve the Fraternity’s technological literacy, in order to better service its members and the community at large.
Foster and nurture our constitutional bond with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. January 16, 1920
Encourage a closer and mutually beneficial working relationship with fellow Greek-letter organizations, other community service organizations, businesses, and government.
