The Atlanta Urban Debate League (AUDL) is committed to providing quality debate education programs, services, and opportunities to K-12 students, educators, and community members. Through their participation in after-school programming, tournaments, camps, fellowships, and internships, AUDL community members further develop the critical thinking, public speaking, research, and social-emotional skills necessary to be more informed and effective advocates.

Graduation Generation (GradGen) mobilizes Emory students, faculty, and staff to partner with K–12 schools and community organizations, creating programs and services that help students overcome obstacles, discover their strengths, and prepare for life beyond high school. Through mentorship, academic support, and community engagement, we work to ensure every student can graduate ready for college, career, and life.

Membership Benefits
As a GradGen member, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by mentoring K–12 students in Atlanta, helping them explore college and career pathways. You’ll gain hands-on experience in teaching, leadership, and community engagement while building your resume with documented service hours and valuable professional skills. SHINE is Emory’s premier engagement program with the refugee, immigrant, and new American communities in metro Atlanta. Through educational events, celebrations, and sustained community collaboration, SHINE has contributed to a more welcoming and compassionate metro Atlanta for refugees, immigrants, and new Americans for over 15 years. Since its inception over 3000 members of the Emory community participated in SHINE. We welcome students, staff, faculty, and alums to join us!
